What to look for
Physiotherapy is a regulated health profession in Switzerland requiring a bachelor’s degree. With a doctor’s prescription, physiotherapy is covered by basic health insurance. Therapists who specialise in sport often hold further training in sports physiotherapy (CAS/MAS) or are members of sportfisio.
