A bit about me:
As most of us have a busy lifestyle, so did/do I, and I got a bit lost in all those to-do lists.
So when i got injured, and was forced to cut some activities out - and found yoga. I learned how good my body can feel. Howto move and breathe consciously. I never imagined that it could make such a difference to listen to your bodys' needs and its' effect on life beyond the mat.
My background as a physiotherapist helps me to understand different bodies and the anatomy/ physiology behind. Yes I admit I am a little anatomy freak, so expect me to bring some anatomic cues in my classes. It also helps me to tailor the classes to your special wishes, even when you are injured.
My mission as a physio and as a yoga teacher is getting you to feel good in your body even when you have injuries or life is giving you lemons at the moment.
I teach beginner and intermediate classes in Yin (calm and passiv) and Vinyasa (flowy, strong or soft). I am regularly teaching a senior class to get them strong and mobile, flowy classes for uni sports, as well as recovery classes for athletes. Just let me know what you feel like. All you need is a mat and some comfortable clothes.
